She specializes in working with first-time homebuyers and guiding clients through government grant and assistance programs that make purchasing a home more accessible and affordable.
Zhanna is passionate about educating buyers and simplifying the mortgage process, so her clients feel confident every step of the way. In addition to first-time homebuyer programs, she works with a wide range of financing solutions including primary residences, investment properties, commercial loans, and non-qualified mortgage programs.
